Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel the order, please submit a help ticket from Contact Us. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.


Return Policy

If you receive the product and find the following conditions, please contact us to process it in time. Including but not limited to broken, stained, deformed, printing blurred.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

General Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate your return/exchange: e-mail us at service@monoera.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service representative will confirm your return/exchange information, and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.

2. Ship the product back: Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days by following our instructions. It's better to use the shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable once the carrier loses the item ,and no refund will be issued.

3. The returned/exchanged package should include all items that you received from Monoera, or it will be deducted from the refunds.

4. Refund or exchange: When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund. And a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds (if applicable)

A refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we have received, inspected, and confirmed.

-Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented and be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

-DO NOT REMOVE TAGS AND RETURN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT. KEEP CLEAN AND UNSTAINED. Items should be neatly folded and carefully packed. Items in disheveled condition, or with stains, visible wear, or with tags cut/removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense without refund.

-We strictly cannot accept any return, exchange, or replacement requests after 45 days from delivery. Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided, otherwise, the return will not be accepted,d and no refund will be issued.

-Please ship items back in original packaging; do not use oversized boxes.

-Returns cannot be processed without prior return authorization through our Returns Portal or by email at service@monoera.com. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit, not eligible for dispute or chargeback, and may not be shipped back to the customer except in special circumstances at the customer's expense.

-Monoera is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and orders will not be re-sent or refunded.

-Please note we cannot provide any returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, seam or button hardware damage.

-Please note orders that are returned back to us due to the wrong shipping address being entered for the order, attempted deliveries, or for deliveries not re-scheduled by the customer within 45 days of the first delivery attempt, any shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due the wrong shipping address being entered for the order.


Kind reminder:

Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. The mailing address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

Exchange policy:

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
